Jack Wolf launched Emerging Health in 2001, leading the company's executive management team in bringing a new standard in development to health information technology. Mr. Wolf comes to Emerging Heath with more than 17 years of experience serving healthcare organizations. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer of Emerging Health, Mr. Wolf was Chief Information Officer of Montefiore Medical center. Prior to Montefiore he was Director of Technical Services in the technology division of May Department Stores and Associated Dry Goods, prior to that in Manufacturing at Singer Kearfott Aeronautics.

Mr. Wolf's career has focused primarily on assisting clients with major business conversions while keeping in mind the needs of patients. Mr. Wolf has accomplished engagements with insurmountable success in implementing new systems and processes, bringing change throughout the entire organization of Emerging Health, and producing sustained bottom-line results.

Mr. Wolf holds a B.A.A. in Accounting from William Paterson University and an MBA in both Management and Finance from Rutgers University.

Rocco Mitarotonda is the Chief Financial Officer of Emerging Health. Rocco Mitarotonda joined Emerging Health in September 2002. He is responsible for all Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Corporate Policy & Procedure. Mr. Mitarotonda brings to Emerging Health over 20 years of financial leadership working for large and start-up companies in high technology industry.

Prior to Emerging Health, Mr. Mitarotonda was the Chief Financial Officer of PRT Group Inc. He joined PRT Group Inc. in March 1997 as Corporate Comptroller and was responsible for SEC reporting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, as well as finance policy and procedures. Later he was named Treasurer and in June of 1999 was named acting Chief Financial Officer with the formal appointment to CFO in October 1999. Mr. Mitarotonda developed and implemented a series of very effective management reporting tools, well crafted and effective corporate finance policies as well as significantly improved the efficiency and productivity of the finance and accounting organizations.

Mr. Mitarotonda graduated from Pace University with a B.B.A. degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. Eran Bellin, Vice President, Clinical IT Research and Development, has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Dr. Bellin's roles include Director Outcomes Analysis and Decision Support. Dr. Bellin is also Professor of Epidemiology , Population Health and Clinical Medicine for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Bellin served as Program Director for Montefiore Medical Center's Rikers Island Health Care Program responsible for a budget of 65 million dollars, a staff of 1200, a daily patient population of 16,000, and an annual population of more than 100,000 unique patients. Using epidemiologic and statistical techniques, Dr. Bellin instituted a novel continuous quality improvement program with computer tracking of clinical outcomes leading to JCAHO accreditation with commendation. In 1998, Dr. Bellin became the Director of the Outcomes Analysis Department of the Montefiore Medical Center, pioneering data extraction and statistical visualization technology to understand hospital and healthcare delivery processes and outcome. He teaches in the Department of Epidemiology and Social Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and attends in Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Bellin earned his A.B. degree at Harvard University and an M.D. degree at Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is double boarded in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. Dr. Bellin has also completed the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars fellowship in Clinical Epidemiology at Yale University.

Dorrie Napoleone, MT, ASCP, is responsible for corporate operations and product delivery-related activities with Clinical Information Systems, which includes Implementation Services, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Corporate Operations and Technology Support.

Ms. Napoleone has 22 years' experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to working for Emerging Health, Ms. Napoleone worked at Boston Medical Center & Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. Napoleone holds a B.S. in Medical Laboratory Science from Northeastern University and started an M.P.H. Degree at Simmons College.
